Dear People of St. Matthew's,
We are about one month into the COVID-19 Coronavirus church closures that have affected us here at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Savannah, GA. Following orders from public health officials, our elected officials, and our Bishop, St. Matthew's will remain closed until further notice.
This Sunday we are partnering directly with the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia to provide live-streamed worship presented by the Rev. Canon Frank S. Logue, our Canon to the Ordinary and Bishop-Elect. So this Sunday's worship text and video won't be found directly here at www.StMattSav.org or at our Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/StMattSav).
Instead, the Diocese will provide a live-streamed worship service at 10:00 AM, available on either Facebook Live: https://www.Facebook.com/GeorgiaEpiscopal/; OR on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/EpiscopalDioceseofGA.
Thank you for being flexible with our setup during this unusual Easter Season. I pray that this technology works for you as we gather from our homes to praise God this Sunday, April 19, at 10:00 AM.
